How to set up GGPO

The GGPO forum doesn't provide any help. I posted and posted to resolve my issues; all they did was direct me to their lame Rules & FAQs thread.

Set Up:

First, you want to install Adobe Air, which is located here. After a successful installation, the next step is to download GGPO. Once you have installed GGPO. Load up GGPO and create an account. If you already register in the forum, you can use the same account to log into the the server.

Once you have done that, open the GGPO folder and create a folder and name it "Roms" and drag all your roms in there. Please check this thread for the game that is supported by clicking here.

Note: Some rom that are use on Kaillera will not be acceptable at GGPO because they use a different version. So, if you challenge someone and you're not using a router and you have firewall off. There's a chance you guys are using a different version.

Behind a Firewall:
Windows XP Users Setting it up:

Windows Vista Users Setting it up:
Step 1: Click on Start » Control Panel » Security
Step 2: Click on Windows Firewall (You might get a prompt, click on continue) » Click on Allow a program through Windows Firewall
Step 3: Click on General Tab and disable Firewall and click "apply."
Step 4: Click on the "Exceptions" and find the ggpo. If you do not see it, click on "Add Program..." and find the LaunchGGPO.exe
Step 5: Click on "Add port," you'll have to do them 11 times + 1 more.
name: ggpo
port: 6000
protocol: UDP

name: ggpo
port:6001
protocol: UDP
etc, do them till 6010
Step 6: Click on "Add port," and do this.

name: ggpo
port: 7000
protocol: TCP

After you have completed those, click on "Apply" and exit out by clicking "OK."
